Executive Director
Jose Prem
Jose joined the CCI team in 2018 as the Executive Director. For the previous 10 years, Jose was involved in leading the operations of an international child development agency in his home country of Guatemala, bringing hope to children living in dire situations. As executive director of CCI, he now has the opportunity to continue serving beyond the borders of his own country.

Tony Webbink
Tony joined the CCI team in 2024. Tony feels blessed to have had a dynamic journey of diverse professional, ministry and leadership roles, and a relentless pursuit of personal growth and learning. Tony is thrilled to work with Childcare International, and eager to share stories of hope and transformation borne through “breaking the cycle of poverty – one child at a time.”

Renée Barclay
Renée joined the CCI team in September of 2020 with a background in communications and experience in managing donor relations, media relations and events. She is inspired by a missions trip to the Dominican Republic where she interacted with Haitian people in dire need. Renée is excited to speak about opportunities for generosity towards children in need.

Lorna Parker
Lorna has been part of the CCI team since July 2003 and currently enjoys her roles in Sponsor & Donor Relations, Program and Marketing. The photos and stories of children and families around the world are her inspiration to help CCI bring hope and restoration to those in need.
Financial Coordinator
Kris Prayitno
Kris has been part of the CCI team since 2005. He considers it a privilege for him to serve donors in administering their donations. Kris strives to help CCI sponsor children by supervising the partners’ bookkeepers in preparation of their accountability reports in compliance with CRA requirements.

Deb Staughton
Deb joined the CCI team in 2016 bringing a wealth of experience. She connects all of our departments, overseas partners and sponsors through efficient data management and office processes. Deb plays a key role in making CCI successful.
